This was a wonderful home away from home. We were here for only 2 months for work but our stay was great. The office girls ... are friendly and always helpful with any issue. The maintenance guys were quick to look at the dyer that was making some noise. They replaced the unit the next day and cleaned up any mess. The garage is well lit. The layout of the apartments themselves is very spacious and cozy. The staff since day 1 has been outgoing, friendly and ... helpful. Maintenance responds quickly and fixes the issue day of (not just patching it up, but actually fixes it). The building is clean and tidy and the location is safe. The neighbors are quiet and I have not smelled any cigarette smoke (which is a first for me, as every apartment I've lived in always struggles with this one and never does anything about it). It's really close to grocery stores and shopping. There is a decent amount of nature around too! Nothing but good to say about this place, 11/10 recommend. As a resident, I am impressed with the on site staffing. Unit repair requests are responded to within 24hr with a time and ... day that work can be done, often within 2 days. The rent price is great for the quality of accessible exercise room, pool, hot tub, library, movie theater room, and two different club rooms for large party events. Office staff are in Mon-Sat to receive (and protect!) large box mail delivery. One reserved underground parkin spot is available, just a little tricky to use in winter as the hill out of the parking ramp is steep and prone to freezing over. Three access doors mean quick entry near unit. Elevators make move in/out much easier. Trash chutes available at wings for easier waste disposal. I lived at Stonehill for approximately one year. Every member of the staff is professional and very kind. They were very ... flexible with my move in and move out times in addition to any maintenance issues that I experienced (which were not many). The property itself is made up of some great tenants and it truly does feel like a community. The maintenance staff was also quick to respond to any issues and accommodated my cat along the way. Overall I'd recommend this property to anyone young or old who is looking for a quality apartment at a competitive price, that has phenomenal staff, great neighbors and close access to awesome retail. I’m moving very soon due to a job opportunity out of state. If it was not for that I would happily continue living here and ... renew my lease. You will not find a better apartment complex to rent from. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. Maintenance here is awesome - if there is an issue they take care of it immediately as well as making sure it is done right - no shortcuts or band aids. The neighbors are awesome as well - I’ve enjoyed their company in the commons area, the pool and hot tub - which all are kept immaculately clean. I hope that my new place takes care of me and my apartment as well as Stone Hill has. I could go on but you get it. Great place and I will miss living here! We've been very happy at Stonehill for 13 years. Staff is so helpful and our maintenance requests are always addressed in ... a timely fashion. (3) small issues. Noise from outside exhaust fan is quite noisy early in the a.m. Bathroom by pool is inconvenient for both male and female to use. Wish we could get the men's room back. I love living here -- I'm going on 26 years and have to say our current staff is the best since I have lived here. Our Property ... Manager, Steve, and Assistant Property Manager, Jill, do everything they can to make Stonehill a great place to live. Steve is the first PM I have seen walking the property to see what needs repaired or improved and what is going on. Jill is right there to answer any questions or will look for the answer if she doesn't have an immediate answer. The maintenance staff is great! I love living here! It's a very well maintained and beautifully landscaped property, set in an area that makes you forget you are only minutes from downtown. The staff takes pride on every level of service they provide from concierge services to maintenance requests to just having a cup of coffee at the weekly or monthly social events. As a single woman, I feel safe and confident in my surroundings at Stonehill. And I don't think I could ask for any other amenities, I have everything I need!

I am always bragging about all the wonderful amenities, I am also impressed with how well the property is taken care of and the updates and improvements being made. Also excited that the movie theatre room is being utilized more often.
